About
A field academy for chart annotation
Cortex Helix Field Academy Limited was established in 2014 in Tsim Sha Tsui to teach Elliott wave markup as a craft: slow, argued, and written on paper.
Official name and origin
The registered business name is Cortex Helix Field Academy Limited. The academy opened in 2014 after several years of informal evening chart circles among Hong Kong discretionary traders who wanted supervised Elliott wave practice rather than tip sheets.
Early sessions met in borrowed conference rooms near Canton Road. As attendance grew, we settled into a dedicated studio at Harbour City — lacquered tables, smoked glass boards, and enough quiet to argue over a single B wave without a trading floor’s noise.
How we work
Facilitators are practicing chartists. Clinics stay small. Every seat works on a real instrument window, and every preferred count must carry an invalidation line. We teach technical analysis as annotation discipline, grounded in Elliott wave structure and market context visible on the page.
Studio practice · Harbour City
Evening clinics favour printed charts so the table can share one visual field. Digital screens support, they do not replace, the shared markup.
What we hold to
Named degrees
Labels without degree names are decoration. We insist on intermediate, minor, and minute language before channels.
Visible disagreement
Alternate counts stay on the sheet. Hidden doubt becomes expensive when the open arrives.
Hong Kong hours
Our calendar respects Asia session rhythms and the instruments our clients actually mark.
