How an evening in the lab unfolds
The annotation lab is the working room behind our Elliott wave clinics: copper rails for hanging prints, smoked boards for shared markup, and a rhythm designed for contested counts.
From capped pens to signed sheets
A typical Annotation Clinic evening follows this arc. Private reviews compress the middle steps.
Arrival and chart hang
Prints clip to the copper rail. Facilitators skim first-pass labels without correcting them yet — the point is to see what each seat brought.
Degree naming aloud
The room names the largest completed structure in the window. Disagreement is welcomed; silence is not. Pens stay down until the degree is spoken.
Shared board markup
One projected chart receives copper and burgundy labels for preferred and alternate paths. Seats copy onto their own sheets.
Personal chart pass
Facilitators circulate. Invalidation lines are required before a sheet is considered finished. Alternate notes fill the right margin.
Close and open checklist
Each trader writes three checks for the next session open. Sheets are dated; photos are optional. The lab lights dim; the counts travel home.
Materials on the table

Oversized prints on request, dual-colour pens, degree reference strips, and a quiet corner for private review appointments between group clinics.
