Clinic descriptions, fees, and schedules on this site are informational. A binding booking arises only when we confirm a seat or appointment in writing and you accept the stated fee and session details.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and academy materials remain our property or that of our licensors. Annotation sheets produced during a paid clinic are yours to keep for personal study. You may not reproduce clinic curricula for commercial teaching without written consent.

Educational nature

Our clinics teach chart annotation and Elliott wave structure. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to trade, or a guarantee of trading results. You remain responsible for your own market decisions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from trading decisions made after attending a clinic. Our aggregate liability related to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.
